Check back often or schedule a time with staff to show you around the resort and help you determine what Ice House suits your needs best. Prices will range from $100 to $8,000+. People buy the used houses for sheds, storage, hunting shacks, kid’s playhouses, and guest cabin for rural property… or even as an Ice House! If you are looking for a fixer-upper and you do not have the time to do the work, let us know, we can usually find someone to help, if we do not have the staff available.

You will get a HIGH quality house from a company that knows what an Ice House must go through. IDSI has built our Ice cabins that are still in “like new” condition after being drug around the ice and on land for over four years now. You can be sure corners will not be cut. IDSI is also the supplier of our custom built steel skids. Measure up that old house and give it that new set of “wheels” it has been looking for!
